Beloved Child of God, Advent is a time to pause and remember the significance of our Lord Jesus whose entrance into the world changed everything. May we draw nearer to our Jesus each day leading up to Christmas with prayer, scripture reading, and reflection. This year we are reading through the Gospel of Luke, one chapter a day. There are also additional optional readings that go along with each chapter in Luke. These readings are inspired by Calico and Twine's Advent Reading Plan . You are encouraged to comment each day to share your thoughts and ways God is revealing himself to you. By sharing our thoughts as we read, we can inspire one another. To comment, click on the "Login/Sign up" button. Readings will posted by 5 am every day. If you are signed up for our Church App (available for free through the Apple App Store or Google Play), you will receive a notification reminder each morning. If you get behind, pick up when you can and know that no moments with the Lord are wasted. I pray that your time in God's Word during this Advent season is transformative, restorative, and healing. Your Sister in Christ, Pastor Jamie
